How it works

Set up in two minutes, then a few taps a day.

1

Make your loop

Two minutes: your name, the habits you want to keep, and the times that suit you. Loopwell asks nothing about your body and runs no assessment of any kind.

2

Close it each day

Log a meal, mark your movement, tap the habits you kept. Every day is complete on its own, so there is never a backlog waiting for you on Monday morning.

3

Let it become the routine

Reminders go where your day already has a gap and the record fills in behind you. After a few weeks the loop is the product; the tapping is just what you do inside it.

Everything in Loopwell

Included in the single plan. Nothing is locked away and nothing is sold to you later.

Quick food log

A line of text, a photo, or a saved favourite. Short by design, so the habit survives a busy morning and a chaotic Friday.

A movement ring you set

Choose the minutes or the steps that make sense for you today. No confetti, no leaderboard, and nothing shouted at you when the ring stays open.

Habit streaks without the guilt

Streaks if you like them, hidden if you don't. Break one and it simply starts again — your history stays intact and nothing is taken away.

Progress you can read

Days completed, meals logged, minutes moved. A record of your use of the app — not a score, not a test result, and not a judgement about your health.

Reminders for real life

Habit nudges and a plain list for groceries, meal prep, appointments and anything else you would rather write down than carry around.

Things worth reading

Short, plain articles on home cooking, sleep, walking more, and why small habits stick. General information, clearly labelled, never dietary or medical advice.

Trust & transparency

Before you pay anything, here is the plain boundary of what this software does.

What Loopwell does

  • Gives you a quick way to log meals, movement and the habits you chose
  • Builds a routine around the days, times and goals you set
  • Sends optional reminders and holds the list of things you need to remember
  • Keeps a readable record of what you completed inside the app
  • Explains general ideas about cooking, sleep and habit-building in plain language

What Loopwell does not do

  • Does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent obesity, diabetes, or any other medical condition
  • Does not prescribe a diet, a calorie target, or a meal plan, and is not nutritional advice
  • Does not promise weight loss, a goal size, or any particular outcome
  • Does not sell supplements, pills, meal replacements, detoxes, or anything claiming to burn fat
  • Does not claim clinical validation, medical endorsement, or university affiliation, and uses no before-and-after photos

Important health disclaimer

This app is designed for general wellness and educational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and it does not provide medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. It is not a diet plan, a weight-loss treatment, or a substitute for professional care. Healthy habits work differently for different people and individual results may vary. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet or activity level — particularly if you are under 18, pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or have a history of disordered eating.

Who it's for

Loopwell is made for adults who want a small daily loop — log a meal, move a bit, tick off the habits they chose — and want it to survive an ordinary busy week. It is a general wellness and educational tool, not a diet and not a medical intervention, and it is not designed for anyone being treated for a diagnosed condition.

Loopwell is for adults aged 18 and over. It is not intended for anyone who is pregnant or nursing, anyone managing a medical condition through diet, or anyone with a history of disordered eating. If a clinician or dietitian is guiding you already, their advice comes first — this app does not replace it.

  • Adults who want a small daily habit that survives a normal, busy week
  • People who would rather log four simple things than follow a fourteen-page plan
  • Anyone who wants meals, movement and reminders in one calm, ad-free place
  • People who have quit strict tracking apps and want one without scores or scolding
  • Anyone who wants a price stated plainly, no supplements, and no big promises
Look before you pay

The whole app opens the moment you sign up

No card, no waiting list, no health questionnaire. Create an account and you land straight in the dashboard: log a meal, mark your movement, tick off the habits you chose, add a reminder, and watch the week fill in. If it isn't for you, delete the account from Settings and nothing of yours remains.

Frequently asked questions

Everything people ask before subscribing, answered plainly.

What is Loopwell?

A subscription app with a quick food log, a daily movement ring you set yourself, habit check-ins, reminders, progress records, and a small library of general-information articles. It is a tracking and organization tool intended for general wellness and education.

Is it a diet or a medical product?

No. Loopwell is not a medical device, treatment, or therapy, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition — obesity, diabetes and eating disorders included. It is not a substitute for a doctor or a registered dietitian, and it does not give you a diet to follow. If your health is the concern, please speak to a qualified professional.

Will Loopwell make me lose weight?

We make no such claim. Loopwell gives you a structured way to keep habits you chose and a record you can read. What that produces varies enormously from person to person and depends on far more than an app can see. Individual results may vary.

Does it tell me what to eat or what to weigh?

No. There is an optional weight and measurement log for people who like keeping one, but every number in it is typed in by you. Loopwell never sets you a target weight, never assigns a calorie quota, and never labels a food or a figure as good or bad.

Pricing?

$12.49 per month, or $95 per year — about $7.92 a month. Every feature is in both plans; there is nothing else to buy. Prices are in U.S. dollars and applicable tax is shown at checkout before you confirm.

How do the trial and cancellation work?

Seven days free on new accounts, with a reminder email before the trial ends. Cancel from Settings → Subscription, or write to us. Cancel inside the trial and nothing is charged; cancel later and access runs to the end of the period you paid for. No fee either way — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Is there a refund?

Yes — email us within 30 days of a charge and we refund it in full, no justification needed. App-store purchases follow that store's own process. Full terms in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Can I look inside before paying?

Yes, and we would rather you did. Creating an account takes about thirty seconds, asks for no card and no health information, and opens the whole app straight away — the food log, the movement ring, the habits, the progress view and the reminders. Nothing is hidden while you look around.

What do you do with my data?

We collect account details, what you logged in the app, and basic technical information. We never sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers. On this deployment everything you log stays in your own browser rather than on our servers, and you can export it as a file or wipe it entirely from Settings whenever you like. See the Privacy Policy for the whole picture.

Who should not use Loopwell?

It is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not for anyone who is pregnant or nursing, anyone managing a medical condition through diet, or anyone with a history of disordered eating — those situations call for a qualified healthcare professional, not a habit tracker.

Who runs Loopwell?

Loopwell is an independent software product. We are not a medical practice, a research institution, or a university, we are unaffiliated with any healthcare organization, and nobody here is a clinician or a dietitian. Ask us anything through the contact page.

Still unsure about something? Write to us — a person reads every message.
